Equipment outline: The conveyor line is the bridge connecting the production equipment, which directly affects the operation efficiency of the production line. In the configuration of the conveyor line, it is necessary to take into account that the short downtime of the rear equipment (e.g. changing the label) will not affect the operation of the front equipment. At the same time, the front and back equipment should be well connected to each other in order to achieve higher operation efficiency of the whole production line. Our company's conveyor line takes the advantages of foreign bottle conveyors and develops a new bottle conveyor system according to our national conditions. It can be used for conveying round bottles of beer and beverage. The mechanical structure of the system is completely new design. Most components are formed by stamping or bending. It has the advantages of good rigidity, light weight and good interchangeability. The electric control system uses PLC to control the operation of the whole solid bottle conveying and buffering system, and realizes the functions of speed acceleration and automatic buffering automatically.
Main features:
1. Transportation is stable and reliable. The bottle belt is synchronously tracked with the main engine or controlled by the upstream and downstream equipment on-line, so that the bottle can not fall down, be jammed or be blocked in the process of transportation.
2. The structure of conveyor belt is modular design, with strong interchangeability of parts, compact structure, low noise, convenient installation and maintenance. It can be combined according to different abilities and bottle shapes, and has great flexibility.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and reasonable. In order to prevent bottle squeezing, especially the control between high-speed lines and bottle belts in the process of conveying, chain control is adopted, simple control and interoperability are used. The diversities of control methods for the original parts are as follows: near-switch, photoelectric tube, sensor and control method. According to different plane design requirements, practical control methods can be put forward, so as to achieve the goal of smooth conveying. .
4. According to the layout of the conveying system or customer requirements, the control switch position is set reasonably to facilitate user operation.
5. The main structural parts are made of stainless steel (SUS304), and the side plate thickness is 2.5mm.
6. The main electrical components are OMRON, MITSUBISHI and other products.
7. The conveyor belt groove is made of stainless steel with thickness specification of 1 mm 304.
8. The whole line is equipped with lubricant water-saving tank. The material is made of 1.0mm stainless steel (SUS304) with excellent thickness, which ensures the integrity of the equipment and the effective recovery of lubricant.
