Conveyor lubrication system is applied to automatically spray food grade lubricants on the conveyor chain when conveying full cans, it will effectively reduce the friction between cans bottom and conveyor, insure not broken the coating of cans bottom, reduce friction factor of conveyor itself as well, increase conveyor working life, meanwhile it will reduce conveyor noise when the production line working, promote the quality of production environment. This system mainly consists of automatic lubricants proportioning system, conveyor tube, flow control valve and spray nozzle.
